Pumping Pricing for the following Towns

Andover, Bolton, Columbia, Coventry, Crystal Lake, Ellington, Hebron, Mansfield/Storrs, Somers, Stafford, Tolland, Union, Vernon, Willington

Ashford, East Hartford, East Windsor, Enfield, Glastonbury, Manchester, South Windsor/Windsor Locks, Suffield:

  • Up to 1000 gallons ----------$223.00

  • Up to 1250 gallons-----------$253.00

  • Up to 1500 gallons-----------$273.00

**If digging is necessary a $25.00 per foot fee will apply. If a mini-excavator or jackhammer is needed, the cost will be $90.00 per hour.

Real Estate Inspection Pricing

Real Estate Inspection (includes 5 page report)------$300.00*

(*pumping of tank is not included-prices are stated above)

If  digging exceeds 2 feet, an additional cost of $90.00 per hour will apply

PAYMENT IS DUE AT TIME OF INSPECTION AS WE WILL NOT RELEASE THE REAL ESTATE REPORT UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE WITH SKIPS OFFICE MANAGER
